The location is the best and the size of the department
I didn't like the cleanliness, there was dust in the room and in 4 days they didn't remove it, there were also hairs in the shower call we informed the reception but they were still there for 4 days. Just changed the towels and stretched the bed. And I found it annoying to have to carry my room key permanently to get in and out of the pool and game room. In addition, I would like to leave my children of 9, 12 and 14 years somewhere inside the hotel where someone could take care of them, to be able toparticipate in activities only for adults.

Very large, modern and newly furnished apartment. Several pools, good fitness center.
The organization was chaotic in the beginning. We had to wait a long time and ask twice after 16.00 if we can now slowly move into the apartment. Then we got a wrong apartment... The check-in staff didn't seem very friendly. Otherwise it is a great place to relax during a trip to the USA.

Location...proximity to beach, shopping, and family
This year we stayed in a first floor condo. Wile it had beautiful greenery to ensure privacy around the patio, we found it oppressive like a basement. We come for the Sunshine and th e greenery prevented us from seeing it.

We were very impressed with the apartment as it was so spacious and comfortable. The decor is not new but it is of good quality and feels very warm and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of high calibre with feather duvet and pillows. The kitchen had everything you needed and like the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Also loved the huge shower and the generous supply of towels. We enjoyed the pool and being in a resort which is well run and well maintained. We would recommend this resort to our friends.

The cleanliness of our room was the worst I have ever experienced and I travel often. We found a rusty nail and a dirty needle in one of the bedrooms. My nephew was punctured in the bottom of his foot by something in the room! The management staff did not handle the situation with the level of concern that I would expect based on what happened. We paid a considerable amount of money to rent a two bedroom villa for one night and were asked to check out at 10:00am in the morning! We stayed on a saturday night and the location did not have a single bar open at 8:30. These were minor in comparison to my nephew being injured and the lack of concern from management. I would not recommend this Marriott!

I was familiar with the location of the Villas, the beach etc... I enjoy staying in a hotel/villa that you are able to enjoy the actual room and not feel so squeezed by lack of space.
Nothing! All was great!

Could use an on-site restaurant, nothing complx, just simple like an italian style restaurant.

This place suits me perfectly! The outdoor pool, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi make my stays enjoyable. On my first visit, staff even lent me a phone charger, which I appreciated. I highly recommend staying in building 2200 for a quick walk to the pool!

Spacious and comfortable accommodations. Good location.
- not enough parking next to the villa - very disappointed with customer service; called because Internet stopped working in the room and was told to speak with AT&T to get 'my' problem solved. several other customers already had reported internet issues that morning. I did not come to Marriott to waste my time fixing 'your' internet issues with your 3rd party provider. I expect to have working internet connection as advertised. - safe did not work and it was never fixed during our stay Marriott's Newport Coast Villas are very nice, but their customer service is not up to par.
